Be sure to call in ANYONE that you expect to your property after 7pm! This includes Uber, Lift, Food deliveries, etc. If not called in, they will be turned around at the gate!

We must receive current tenant information for anyone renting within Spruce Creek. This will keep their RFID's active and our records up to date.
